Ngày 9/10, tại Trung tâm Hội nghị quốc tế, quận Ba Đình, TP Hà Nội, Hội đồng phối hợp phổ biến, giáo dục pháp luật (PBGDPL) Trung ương đã tổ chức diễn đàn “Kinh doanh và Pháp luật” năm 2024 với hình thức trực tiếp và trực tuyến với 63 điểm cầu của các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương. Phó Thủ tướng Lê Thành Long – Chủ tịch Hội đồng phối hợp PBGDPL Trung ương chủ trì diễn đàn.

Tham dự diễn đàn tại điểm cầu UBND tỉnh Đồng Tháp, có Phó Chủ tịch Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh Kiều Thế Lâm, Giám đốc sở Tư pháp Lê Thị Hồng Phượng cùng với lãnh đạo các cơ quan, đơn vị, Hội doanh nghiệp, doanh nhân, công ty cổ phần trên địa bàn tỉnh.

With the theme “Join hands to solve legal problems, contribute to creating a favorable business environment for enterprises”, the seminar focused on discussing 2 issues: solving some legal issues related to investment projects using land; and some legal issues related to tax and solutions to overcome difficulties. At the seminar, delegates identified the problems caused by the inconsistency of legal documents in the investment and construction process, the lengthy process of approval, and the difficulties in determining the increased value-added tax and corporate income tax.

Phó Thủ tướng Lê Thành Long – Chủ tịch Hội đồng phối hợp PBGDPL Trung ương, keynote speaker at the seminar, acknowledged the comments and proposals of delegates and requested the Ministry of Justice to compile all opinions and suggestions and submit them to the Government to address the difficulties and challenges in implementing regulations and solutions in the future, aiming to create favorable conditions for enterprises to develop and contribute to the country’s economic and social development. This is the second seminar organized, part of the Support Program for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, contributing to implementing the "Organizing a communication campaign on policies with significant social impact in the process of building legal documents" (2022-2027).
