The meeting was chaired by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, focusing on finding solutions to the difficulties regarding the price of land of Ho Chi Minh City.

Meeting was called to discuss on September 6th letter from Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The content of the letter was designed to receive and exchange concerns of the HCM Municipal People’s Committee on land price applying law on construction 2024 to avoid confusion and reporting to Prime Minister.
The attendees include the Economical Committee, the Attorney Committee of National Assembly ; Office of the Government, Ministry of Finance, Attorney General’s Office, and Ministry of Planning and Planning, People’s Committee and Real Estate Association of the City. And the Land Price Association and the Local Government Department.
We have already discussed the new land prices.
